- 3 slices of Smoked turkey breast
Lunch
- Salad with Italian herb chicken w/ extra virgin olive oil
- Handful of macadamias, pecans, and walnuts
- Humongous Honeycrisp apple
Dinner
- Egg scramble with Paleo taco meat and guacamole
- Sliced cantaloupe
- Sweet potato hashbrowns fried in coconut oil
